Lara Croft:
Being Lara Croft was really fun! I was pretty popular in line, since everyone seems to love Lara! ^_^ This outfit was easy to put together, as well a thursday outfit should be! I made the pack and gun holster but I forgot to wear my gloves... (>_<) The guns were water guns I taped and painted over to make they look more like real guns! Posing for Lara was so much fun, I love posing with guns in crazy areas! Video game characters rock! ^_^
Lara Croft!!!!! It was awesome to have another video game girl to walk around with, and the pictures turned out so amazing! The outfit looked great and the guns were so cool! Yay for finally cosplaying the video game girls!

Joanna was so much fun to cosplay! Such an easy and fun outfit to make too! Painting the dragon on the front was...interesting, but it turned out a lot better than I thought it would. And of course I enjoyed wearing it to dinner that night! However, getting into some of the spots for the photoshoot in a short dress turned out to be quite an entertaining process. All in all, it was awesome!
Old school Jo with her new hair haha! I'm glad Mayumi got to put together this outfit, so we could pose together... unlike a certain someone *cough* SHIRIS *cough* No one knew who she was but as long as WE knew who she was, it's all good! I really like the dress, it made me think back to the wonderful old school perfect dark days of N64! *sigh* Oh to be young...

This certainly was an amazing costume to make! My first kimono and my first ever pattern use for an outfit (and frankly I used maybe 1/3 of the pattern anyway...) But I sure am proud of this kimono! I thought it came out great! The flowers didn't turn out that bad either! It was a bit hot in this outfit, but that was expected... My biggest problem was my wig. I ordered a black wig and it didn't come in time for Otakon! I had to color my old Umi wig black with a sharpie and HOLY was that annoying! It took forever and I think I got high off of the marker from coloring for 8 hours straight! I was super excited when people knew who I was and someone in the artist alley drew a picture of the characters from Jigoku Shoujo! That made me happy ^_^ Again this outfit was so much fun to wear!
This costume was adorably creepy! The flowers were so cute, and she kept such a straight face, it was scary! So many pretty colors! The doll was cool too! A very nice outfit!

Yay Hone Onna! I'm glad Shiris got to cosplay her with me! Since Jigoku Shoujo is so awesome! I loved the color for her kimono and ofcourse she made it wonderfully! I tied her Obi! *Happy Happy* For a last minute wig, it looked really good! And it was so great that someone recognized her without even seeing me! That was so awesome! Yay for fans of Jigoku Shoujo~!
I loved the way Shiris seemed to float when she walked in this outfit! The sleeves were so cool too! I liked the collar too, how it stood up on its own!

Midna:
This is one of my favorite outfits - Midna is so awesome! The cape was my favorite part! Painting it was a pain, but I was happy with how it turned out. The skirt was also really fun to paint <(^o^)> I didn't have the time/resources to get the body paint, so I'll be getting that for next time I wear it. Hee hee!
Mayumi did a great job with Midna! Her cape was really awesome (it looked especially nice in the wind ^_^) I liked her make up and head dress thingy too! What a complicated outfit! There were alot of Twilight Princess cosplay, which was awesome! (<3 to Zelda I'll cosplay you one day I swear!!) and a special yay to Jon who cosplayed Link! ^__^ Everything looked great put together!

Our beloved Hikaru is back! This time with a wig *gasp*, but it looked great! I braided that braid for her too! *Happy Happy* I loved her poofy skirt hehe! It looked so cute! The top with the belt armor stuff looked great too! Everything seemed to fit together so wonderfully! Too bad we forgot Mokona for pictures... the first in 4 years (T_T)
Shiris looked so pretty! The tulle worked so well and the whole outfit came together perfectly! As always, love the sword!

I think this Umi outfit photographed so well! The colors seem to go so well together! YAY! I got a new Umi wig, back to the old color, because that color is much prettier with the outfits compared to the darker color. I basically pictures most of the the outfit together/ to my body! It was difficult to get everything in one piece! And this Umi outfit had so much detail compared to the rest of the girls haha! Usually Hikaru has the most! The hardest part of the outfit was probably lining the skirt thing... well other then actually walking around the convention! This outfit is surprising difficult to walk/move in. The shoulder armor kept me from lifting my arms and when people wanted hugs I couldn't give it to them! Waaah! I'm sorry I love hugs I swear! ^-^ But yeah I always love being Umi, she's totally a part of me and I love my blue hair~!
Julie makes such a great Umi! I love her cape/shoulder armor. It was so funny when she tried to lift her arms! The blues of the outfit were so pretty though and it all turned out great!

Oh Fuu, how you love simple, flowy outfits. I loved having a cape though, and as always, the sword was entertaining to carry around :) I love the little skirts though!
With these outfits, Fuu certainly got the short end of the stick when it came to detail! But hell, wrapping fabric around you randomly still makes an awesome looking outfit! (I think the sword helps a little though... haha) Always love having Fuu around, she's just so polite (Mayumi however...^_^') I liked Mayumi's hair too! I'm glad her sword stayed together too! Yay for glue~!

I <3 Gundam Wing, and Marimaia is awesome, so I HAD to cosplay her! It was really fun! The shirt was the hardest part to make, with all the little details, but it was worth it! The cape is awesome though, it's velvet, and velvet is very, very nice.
Another Gundam Wing cosplay yay! Mayumi got to be an angry 7 year old! I love the pants, probably because they're Duo pants! (<3 Duo <3) The cloak was really cool, even though she was dying from heat from it! Yay for the hat, since the first one looked like... *cough*... anywho! I absolutely love the pictures with her next to the wheel chair sign! Hahaha! Priceless!

Re-l Mayar:
I loooved being Re-l! This outfit turned out surprisingly well! I was worried at first because I screwed up making the vest, but it looked fine on me! The colors of the purple worked really well together! I loved the body suit with the leg warmer things. I'll admit, Re-l has one random and strange outfit she wears, but it's so cool! Borrowed Shiris' amazing boots! Damn they were hard to walk in though! My hair turned out amazing! I was so shocked! It actually looked like Re-l's hair! The make up photographed well, since it made me look awake on a con Sunday! *gasp* The gun is a water gun + craft foam + tape + paint... can you tell? haha! I thought it came out pretty damn good for what I used! I love just about every one of my Re-l pictures! I think they all came out so awesome! The BEST part about being Re-l was in the dealer's room, some guy running a booth gave me two DVDs for free just for cosplaying Re-l Mayar!!! HOW COOL IS THAT?! Again this outfit was so awesome! <3 to Re-l! ^-^
I love how so many pieces came together to make such a cool outfit! And her hair was perfect! I wish those boots were my size, they're so cool :P

Shiris' Rinali was so pretty! I loved the jacket with the dress, it just looked so clean and pretty! D.Gray-man was pretty popular this year too and alot of people knew who she was! I was excited! ^_^ Too bad her wig didn't turn out well, so she had to use her own hair. But it still came out great! It's sad to know this may be Shiris' last cosplay other then Magic Knight Rayearth (T_T) Everyone convince her to keep cosplaying please! I don't want her to retire from cosplaying!
Shiris looked so cool in this outfit! I loved it! It looked so well made, and it's just so cool! One of my favorites!

Going for the Futuristic look in our new outfits, I bought some shiny black and blue material to make the outfits! When I was making this outfit all I thought about was Can I dance in this?... I most certainly could! The rave was great and my outfit held up wonderful! No malfunctions! ^_^ I really liked my skirt, I thought it looked really cool. I loved my leg covers as usual, that's such a Julie thing! I went with a little belly shirt, surprisingly since I usually don't like to show my belly! But I liked how it left me pretty free to dance! Always have my hair in some kind of braid like style, ofcourse! And I'm always the one to have Mercuryrose written across my chest! Forever Mercuryrose~!
